  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the beef tips dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
Searing the Meat
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef tips in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Making Beef Gravy
  1. Remove beef from the pan. Add butter and onions, cooking until translucent.
  2. Sprinkle flour over onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add beef broth while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Final Cooking
  1. Return beef to the pan, add Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Simmer covered for 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
