Mixing
- Add eggs, minced garlic, diced onion, milk, and seasonings to the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly but gently with your hands until just combined.
Forming
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x5 inch loaf pan, shaping it evenly and creating a slight depression down the center.
Glazing and Baking
- Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, spreading it over the top. Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Notes
