Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and tools. Dice your vegetables, measure out spices, and thaw your ground beef in advance if frozen.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains (about 7–8 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Stir in diced onion and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
